We may use any Personal Information collected only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. No personal information will ever be shared with any of our clients, affiliates or partners. In addition, your email will never be shared or added to any email list without your specific request to receive emails about our promotions or services.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”). All transactions performed on the website are confidential and handled under HTTPS security for your protection.
Like many site operators, we may collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (“Log Data”).
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In the case a refund is requested, this will only be granted for ‘initial’ project deposits made before the project has commenced. One the project has commenced, hours spent plus 20% of initial deposit will be charged against the deposit for any refund. Most projects are billed and paid in entirety after project completion.

PAYMENT TERMS: All Invoices received are Due on Receipt as the project has been completed and delivered. If you are not able to pay your invoice immediately, please contact us so we can allow for a net 30. Visa, Mastercard and American Express are also accepted via our online invoice payment portal. Returned checks are subject to $35.00 charge.
SHIPPING TERMS: Our standard method of delivery is digital (electronic) via email, FTP or direct to your website. In the case of print production your shipping instructions will be given in advance.
RETURNS: Any request for an incorrect file or error on a project must be made within 30 days of date of delivery. Any error due to our job will be fixed for no charge.
SALES TAX: Local and/or State sales tax, if applicable, shall be added to the final invoice. Typically our services are not subject to tax because they are service oriented.
